Ignorant people are dangerous. Their worker cut me off dangerously in a parking lot operating $200,000 worth of equipment. I could’ve been killed if I wasn’t paying attention. When I call the office, the situation would’ve been ameliorated with a 5 letter word. Instead I can smell the coffee breath and see the sweatshirt and sweatpants through the phone. Rude. Dismissive. I'm very disappointed with Canete Landscape. We thought that hiring a larger landscaping company would mean we'd have better customer service. That was not the case. We used them for two full seasons. There are a few issues: 1. They make you wait until late July for any trimming to be done on bushes/shrubs, etc. Then the crew shows up, they want to get in/out in an hour because they've got 15 houses to do in one day. They don't care that they trimmed your shrub and it's higher on one side than the other or that a maple tree ... read more
