I learned the art and science in June, 1982, and have 40 years of experience fixing stone damaged windshields without taking the glass out, by repairing those Rock Chips before they spread into a long crack. additionally, I repair longer cracks up to 36". My biggest competitor (Safe****), says that cracks longer than 6" can't be fixed. I"ve been successfully repairing long cracks for 40 years.
