I have been using CANES expertise and services for installing grab bars for my mother for her shower tub, for my front entrance(it has two stairs), back entrance through Patio doors since 2007 or so. Had good experience with David in 2024 and with Elvis in 2025. It was Elvis again today for the grab bars. He arrived in time and did the work in a most efficient and professional manner. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he is doing. Would recommend him to anyone needing their services in GTA.
Loved our experience with Elvis! He is so pleasant and lovely and did a fantastic job installing the grab bars and hand rail in our home for my mother. Highly recommend !
Horrible facility do not waste your time with these guys , rescheduled grab bar installation 2 times now with over a month waiting periods due to maintenance guy being “sick” , 93 year grandma has difficult using the washroom but she has to keep waiting cause these guys don’t care about helping the elderly just money grab to install bar only free if you buy the grab bars from them , gave me the next scheduled day 2 weeks after calling me on the day saying they can’t come .. ridiculous she has to keep waiting cause these guys... read more
Although they had a couple of issues regarding timing, the installation and customer service was great. Elvis attended to install a couple grab bars and walked me through the entire install process as well. Highly recommend.
My wife has severe Alzheimer’s. Had to be placed in transitional care at Sorrento facility. Quite overwhelmed with the efficiency and care that we received. The ongoing support was fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for more. Special thanks to the team on the fourth floor. Fantastic bunch of girls. My heart goes out to each and everyone of them. Thank you!
