Changing their ratings to a 1 star. They replaced my air conditioning system with a new unit in 2019. I have been having issues with it ever since. 3 year old AC unit. My AC unit is now a money pit! At least twice a year the unit freezes up inside and outside and my house becomes a sweatbox. The drain lines are always clogged. The AC leaked water from upstairs through the downstairs ceiling and ruined my ceiling and floors. Then I got the yearly maintenance package with them so they can come clean the drain lines regularly. ... read more
