Someone wearing one of their shirts on road raged on me Becuase I pulled over for a fire truck and tailgated me for ten blocks then when I pulled over to let him past he through a coffe or something on my car and then got stopped at a red light and I asked him why the hell he threw a drink on my car and he pulled a knife on me and ran at me
Very dissatisfied with the service I received. The team spent a significant amount of time standing around with little to no communication about what was happening. Felt like a waste of time and money. To make matters worse, a trainee was brought on site, which likely prolonged the service. I also raised my concerns via email during the process, and they were not addressed adequately.
