We purchased a home here in 2021. Conveniantly located in the City of Katy, Cane Island features several upscale builders and a small town feel type of living.
THE BEST community in Katy! We have lived in Cane Island for 5 years, and we LOVE IT! The neighborhoods are so friendly, parents are really involved in the schools, and there are so many places to gather and play.
Are you planning to live there ? There are no need of words, just see attached photos that show how for many years the HOA has been taking care of the community. Photos show the normal conditions of the second floor at the community’s amenities. There is no way to seat as all the furniture is dirty, destroyed, many with mold, very bad conditions without ANY care.
