We recently purchased and move in to a David Weekley home. Trusting the builder I gave 10/10 review and stuff before we move in. Unfortunately regret my decision immediately after move in. Builder stopped taking calls after the review, acted like a friend till that time. We could see very poor workmanship done, especially window pillars in primary suite and study room were not in right alignment and after installing blinds anyone could see through the sides from outside, builder openly said we won’t build perfect houses and ... read more
Thank goodness Dinesh SC's feedback made me reconsider going with David Weekly Builders; it's really scary . I'm planning to buy a home at David Weekly Jordan Ranch. I just wanted to gather some feedback from completed projects. Not happy so far and dropped my decision. Also, he recommended going with Perry Home, which was on my preferred list. Thanks, Dinesh, for sharing your experience, and please let us know how old the home is. Is it new or resale?
