In my opinion, it is unethical to have a mentally handicapped individual with an IQ of 52 sign a Healthcare Proxy and Power of Attorney. This is exactly what attorney Lauren Eisen did. I posted a review as such, and she threatened a libel lawsuit, forcing me to withdraw the comment. I tried to file a complaint with the NYS Bar Association, and they suspiciously declined to move forward (?) with any sort of action, except suggested I sue.
