I highly recommend Modern Shade. Greg the owner, personally came to my home with many choices and recommendations. Due to the uniqueness of my decor it was hard to decide from the many choices. Had wind damage from a recent storm. Called Moderna Shades for repair. Excellent and fast service. Replaced damaged parts and provide maintenance tips. Can’t thank them enough for fast and professional service.
We love the shutters in our sunroom. This is our 2nd project that Modern Shades has done for us and we will definitely use them again.
The warranty on my old shade was within 4 days of being expired when something went wrong with the charging system. Gregg came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered a new shade at no cost. My window is too high to reach so having a remote to let it up and down is a must. I highly recommend Modern Shades.
They did a great job for the church I pastor with every part of our experience - from the quote to the communication to the labor and product. I especially appreciate them coming out as far as they did without trying to gouge us with an outrageous "travel fee" for the consultation. Highly recommend!
