Jacob has taken great care of my Family since we moved to Cane bay
What is this guy's deal? He told us he was able to take our information and do our taxes for us. Asked us all the questions and even collected the paperwork. And then he ghosted us right at the deadline around April 1st. How do people become professionals when they have the communication and maturity of a toddler? If you cannot do something or something comes up be a man and be honest with people. Well my husband reached out and he set up a meeting for today Saturday at 9 am. We get there and his wife tells us we didn’t have an appt. Hmmm my husband literally talked to this man two days before I was sitting next to my husband. Anyway we thought that was unprofessional and honestly we felt he was there he did not want to deal with us because of what we look like but that’s ok we live in cane bay as well and we got better service with someone else. I would never recommend this place of business.
