Ask for a print out of your scheduled appointments instead of a handwritten card reminder, otherwise when you show up for your actual appointment and you are not on the daily list, the front office staff will say the person who originally scheduled your appointment had “forgotten” to save it or blame it on a system “glitch,” and they do NOT apologize for their mistake.
