I was behind on my mortgage do to the economy. I asked for their services and they want 1800.00 dollars for the service. I gave them 1000 up front and they sent a few letter and followed up me a few times. Once BofA put me on the hamp program lindsey sent me a letter asking for another 800 dollar since "your modified" however I explained to her that it was not final until they sent the the new loan docs.
