Filing bankruptcy was a terrifying decision but after working with this firm I felt at ease. The attorneys explained everything in a way that was easy to understand rather than throwing out a bunch of legal jargon. They legal assistants were all courteous and professional. They answered every question I had and held my hand every step of the way. You can tell this firm really does care about their client's well being. I was behind on my mortgage do to the economy. I asked for their services and they want 1800.00 dollars for the service. I gave them 1000 up front and they sent a few letter and followed up me a few times. Once BofA put me on the hamp program lindsey sent me a letter asking for another 800 dollar since "your modified" however I explained to her that it was not final until they sent the the new loan docs.
