Elisabeth has been my instructor for several muscle training classes at my gym. When she launched Candy Shop Studio I had to try the Beginner Pole. She is an amazing instructor she makes you feel confident and makes you believe in yourself. Gives very personalized training and is patient yet encourages you to be your best. I surprised myself at how much I progressed through the 4 week session! Its definitely a must try! I highly recommend it! Fun and fitness at its best!

Elisabeth is a pro who has been in the fitness space for a very long time. Her classes are always excellent and a pleasure to be in. I highly recommend her for anyone new to pole/aerial arts.
