Emily Smiley at Candy Rose was AMAZING to work with! She was lovely and easy to communicate with. She did my hair for my engagement photos AND wedding. She also did the makeup for my mother, MIL, and sisters. My MIL was concerned about her hair being very thin, and Emily gave her peace of mind and made her feel so beautiful! Her rates were also very affordable compared to most other hair/makeup artists in the area. Definitely would recommend for peace of mind on your wedding!
I can’t say enough amazing things about Candy Rose events ! She traveled two hours to do my hair for my wedding — on her own wedding anniversary — and still gave it 110%. There was a nor’easter rainstorm that day, but you’d never know it from how perfect my hair looked all night. She stayed until the very end for touch-ups, making sure every single one of us looked flawless. Absolutely AMAZING! Candy Rose Events did hair and makeup for all my ladies in my wedding. It was perfect. Especially as someone who doesn't wear makeup, they knew EXACTLY what to do to make me feel beautiful AND like myself! (thank God you convinced me to do the lashes!!)
