After two long years of searching, we finally found a place that could handle giving our child a haircut — even with all the challenges! Our son has special needs, and many places were hesitant when faced with a screaming child, but Krystal was absolutely amazing. First time here and wow !!! Staff were so accommodating and amazing with my son. He's never had a great experience getting his haircut at other places, usually cries and has meltdowns. Today he was smiling, had bubbles and an ipad to watch AND got to sit in an airplane ! Thank you for doing such a great job tidying up his hair and for the extra care and support to keep him distracted and happy. We're so excited to come back again. Such a great place for kids !
