Used to be a good place. We have been going there for 9 years, first for my older one and now the younger one. I went there recently and I was 4 mins late due to traffic and me missing a turn. The person sitting at the counter was rude. The moment I entered she loudly and rudely said my son's name and was like "is this xxxx?" I was quite shocked and said yes. We took our almost two-year-old in for a haircut today and had an absolutely fabulous experience. Everyone at the salon was so lovely and made the whole visit enjoyable from start to finish. Our toddler is quite apprehensive about haircuts due to a previous bad experience at another salon in Melbourne, but Star, the stylist, was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. Really lovely hair dressers that are very understanding to every child's needs
'The best hair style ever' is how my little one described it :) Super pleased with the staff and the ambience of the place - makes it fun for kids and they also have a rewards program so what's not to like?! Highly recommend.
