First time here and wow !!! Staff were so accommodating and amazing with my son. He's never had a great experience getting his haircut at other places, usually cries and has meltdowns. Today he was smiling, had bubbles and an ipad to watch AND got to sit in an airplane ! Thank you for doing such a great job tidying up his hair and for the extra care and support to keep him distracted and happy. We're so excited to come back again. Such a great place for kids !

Awful service at Cheltenham. We were late to our appointment which I completely own (traffic in and around the location is a nightmare with a train line and busy intersections) and can appreciate how having customers running late to appointments is a challenge to manage. The way in which it was handled however was nothing short of rude and degrading. The staff is lovely, but the owner completely changes the vibe of what should be a kid-friendly space. She’s extremely uptight about time. No hello, just yelling from across the room as soon as you open the door, asking who your child is and pointing out you’re late, even by just a few minutes. Yes, timing matters, but this is a kids’ salon—we’re dealing with toddlers, babies, and the chaos of parenting. For $40+ a trim, you’d expect a bit more warmth and flexibility.
