If I could give them no stars I would!!!! Bought a car there, the next day the tail light was out. I was leaving for vacation out of state. They told me "Its just a ticket- we will get it fixed as soon as we can" Made an appointment to get it fixed, took the morning off from work, sat in the waiting room for over an hour only for them to come tell me they never ordered the part!!!!! The cars they sell are unsafe and dirty! For example when my husband bought his SUV there it was a mess inside and out there was junk in there including a baby's pacifier. The general manager is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met! The sales person will lie to you once you bring your car in for service, they never have the part or they try to change with cheaper parts or pretend to cover areas on the car (Bumper) but never fix the problem. Great sales staff. But I'm starting to think this is one of those dealers that sells cars and then when it comes to servicing them you get a run around like I am. No car since Friday even though they said I'd get a rental when I bought the car, that's if service was needed. Well no car and stuck home and I've called twice to hear that they're still in the diagnostic process. Talk about an unhappy customer at the current time.
