They just ripped off my ring camera and broke it EDIT: they quickly are working to make things right. I’m impressed with these guys. For the most part the lights look great and no issues. Wish the workers would have left a note after the incident still but very good costumer service.
I had Candy Cane Lights put my lights up this year. I was impressed with how quick they got it done. They were very friendly and when they were finished, they walked me outside and showed me what they had done. They had me make sure all the lights worked and they look amazing. Would definitely use them again!
Do not do business with this company! They claim to store and hang your lights each year, but they hang them without confirming a price or appointment with you first. Then, they send a $300 bill for a job that takes only 15 minutes. This company is sketchy and dishonest.
We’ve had our lights done by CCC lights for 4 years now, every year has been great… except this one. I am more than disappointed in the service we have received this year. The install was sloppy, cords hanging in front of windows, lights left on the roof, and my lights pointing in all different directions. I’ve had them come out like 5 different times, and my lights are still not straight, they changed lights that are the wrong colors, and I still have the same light out since they were installed. Do not use this company! We used them last year and it was fine (albeit twice as expensive as our previous light company). But the whole experience this year has been a complete disaster! I have had five (!) missed appointments this past month due to their disorganization and internal miscommunications. After the third missed appointment and many texts and calls confirming that they had the lights all ready and would definitely be there at the scheduled time, then they called to say they actually couldn’t install them after ... read more
