Very poor response over the weekend after hours in the evening with a plumbing emergency at my home, and Rooter Hero failed me when I most needed them. FYI, I called another plumbing company, “5-Star Plumbing, and got the help we needed. Due to this failure on Rooter Hero, it’s inappropriate that they claim to be a 24-Hour Service that responds to emergency jobs, and now my floor has some permanent water damage due to the runaround I received with this company, Rooter Hero. Technicians were professional and efficient. Large job, and all is good so far. Only time will tell if the repair stands the test of time. Their price was on the high side, so if you can I suggest a bid. One BIG caution, Rodney, a field supervisor out of Concord, prepared my contract on site. In person he told me three things that contradicted what was in the contract and what he told me. Even after I questioned him. I knew he was either lying or too lazy to figure it out. Just make sure to get a second quote before agreeing to what they are proposing.

Very professional , the technician Francisco did the job we needed and they were very good time wise to schedule us in that day or the next. We used them several times and they always fixed the problem without ripping us off by adding things to make extra money off us. I will call them if needed again for plumbing services.
