They were super helpful and patient with me. They explained all my questions, spoke with my father-in-law on the phone, and allowed me several days to make my final decisions. Kyle, as well as the 2 other workers, were very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are a smaller, more local business, especially compared to nationwide plumbing services. Classic bait and switch. Had a coupon but tech said it was not for the service he performed. Then after he finished he warned that what he did may not last but I could have him perform a $1400 service that he would guarantee. Just to rub a little more salt in the wound, he didn't even give me a senior discount.

Great experience setting up the appointment, and the plumber seemed very good ... appearance, understanding, knowledge, personal all good. But, the problem he detected and wanting to fix for $5000 seemed illogical to me. So, we got a second opinion. He was wrong and second opinion was correct, and fix was completed for a few hundred dollars, not $5K. Seemed like an honest but big mistake.

Had a backed-up kitchen sink and they sent someone the same day within a few hours. The Technician was very professional and courteous. Sorted out the problem and gave us some options. Would recommend this company without hesitation.
