I called this company to help with a bad odor in my laundry room. They charged me $375 to run a camera through the main line and said the smell was coming from there, even though there was no evidence of a backup, and it would cost between $13,000 - $15,000 to repair. The $375 fee for the 10 min camera appointment didn't even include a written report or copy of the video footage. Unfortunately, I will not be using Rooter hero again. Not because of the work that they performed but because of the price that was quoted was 59.99 for a standard clean out with easy access. The clean out on my house doesn’t get any easier to access. Although it was on the weekend, their ad never says up charge for weekend service. I will attach a photo of the accessible clean out. In short, they charged me around $375.00

Was not a fan!!! Employee did absolutely nothing but wanted us to file a homeowners claim with our insurance company and charge us between 8,000 and 18,000 upfront . Kept insisting we HAD TO DO THIS !!! Liar
