I am a new patient and was looking for something close to home that I can just walk to. I did not get disappointed. A very lovely, clean and inviting location with everyone being super friendly, attentive and personable. I arrived 20 minutes before my actual appointment and didn’t have to wait for more than a couple of minutes until someone processed me. Very, very happy I found this place with nothing but professional and kind people.
This was my first eye appointment in a long time after having lasik many years ago. Dr. Frankel was warm and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining my options for glasses. The staff was also friendly and helpful in helping me choose frames.
Every thing about Eyes on Hayden is worth telling people who maybe looking for an Eye appointment. From the receptionist to the doctor’s assistant to the Optician-all are kind, professional and outstanding. We never had another eye care business as caring. And their choice of frames is better than anywhere we have ever seen before. We drive a long way to our appointments! It is well worth the trip!
