We had been looking for someone who knew the details of business tax law. The staff here know the details thoroughly and explained everything so simply and clearly. Lena was incredibly thorough and quick with our taxes. Very friendly and professional. She takes the time to explain and ensuring understanding of the tax refund process. Overall a wonderful experience filling taxes. Would highly recommend.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Use Candor Tax Agency My experience with Candor Tax Agency was absolutely dreadful. I initially made a deposit of $350 and provided all my tax information, including personal details, after discussing everything with Lena. However, to my dismay, I later discovered that they had assigned my file to someone else named Tan, who had the audacity to ask for all my information again without even bothering to review the documents I had already sent. I have been doing business with Lena at candor tax agency for the last two years and am very satisfied with their level of professionalism and attention to detail in the preparation of my income taxes. Lena and her staff are so nice and personable, something that is hard to find these day. And did I mention how nice she is :) and her whole staff is that way too. Do yourself a favor and and give them a try, you will be glad you did!
