I had an excellent experience with this company. Everyone was friendly and communication and customer service from initial quote to final install was fantastic. The install went perfectly and I am looking forward to many years with my new jetski dock. The quality of the dock seems excellent. It is very stable and the rollers are great. Hello my name is Jeff I live in ocean pines md. I found a ad on Facebook market place for a jet ski lift at a reasonable price. I am very old school and not very trusting. But after several calls they were very quick to respond I felt comfortable and decided to get it done. They showed up on time called to confirm. They did the job great. Made a few changes I ask for. Could not be more happy. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
From our initial request for floating modular dock product information, drawings, changes, quote and installation, Joel was absolutely fantastic to work with. We are using it for our kayaks so he recommended low profile blocks which worked perfectly. He promptly returned all of our calls and answered all of our questions.
