Mrs Cat and staff were great in accommodating our needs during our stay from Aug 2-Aug 6. as we were dropping our son off to attend Fort Valley State University . If you’re looking for a home away from home, you’ll find it here.
A wonderful experience and great customer service from Keisha, she was very helpful and welcoming, would definitely recommend!
My stay at this Candlewood Suites has been most enjoyable. Ms. Keisha, Ms. Alojah, Ms. Demetria, Ms. Ebony and Ms. Rachel have all been very pleasant and accommodating towards me and with the friendliest and most professional customer service. I will come back to stay again the next time I’m in town and also, a special thank you to Mr. Ben for immediately servicing the microwave upon me mentioning it in the lobby ! Thank you all and God Bless !
This entire establishment is FULL of roaches and bugs. The customer service is abysmal, they cannot accommodate a room change due to lack of staffing, the ground floor rooms smell like mould. It’s a shame as the hotel itself isn’t terrible but there are roaches in the rooms, and all in the halls. It’s disgusting. Management was made aware, chose really not to do anything.
The Candlewood Suites is always a great stay! The property is nice and well lit, rooms are clean and comfortable, and they allow pets which is very helpful. The best part of our stay was Alojah. We arrived very late at night after a long day of travel, and she greeted us so kindly! She was friendly and made the check in process very easy. While this hotel is already a very nice one, their customer service brings it over the top! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming through the area.
