Reception staff was quite friendly but slow. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but there were a couple of items that needed attention. The chair cover was peeling and unsightly. Also, there was some deep gouges on the outside of the bathroom door that need to be filled in and painted. Also, the entrance to the hotel was unappealing and a bit confusing...thought we might be in an undesirable neighborhood. It was probably a very nice property when it was new...needs a bit updating.

Great customer service. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The coffee is great. Just a good mid-tier hotel chain. Love all of the amenities and perks
Just a great place to stay, great customer service from the front to the last door , I will stay here again when I came back to waco
