The bed is very hard and uncomfortable.
Staff member, Christan went above and beyond. Checked out today and arrived home this evening. Unpacked and didn't find my CPAP machine for sleep apnea! I called the hotel and Christan answered. Explained the situation to her. She made calls checking to see if it had been found. While she was waiting on a call back, Christan was back on the line with me and then personally went to the room I checked out of to look herself!!
