I showed up on August 2 2025 for my stay and was told I was on the 3rd floor but the elevator is broken. I am physically unable to climb stairs so the lady who said she was the manager said I would not be charged. Sure enough I was charged. So I called them but the manager refuses to call me back. I then disputed the charge with my bank and candlewood is fighting it. My next step will be litigation against this hotel. Be warned this hotel is shady, just read the other reviews
This hotel was perfect for family weekend, very affordable and the location was also very close to the university! Karinah was amazing at check in and took care of all of our requests. Thank you so much will definitely be returning.
