How many stars do you give to a hotel that locks you out and doesn’t let you check in, then lies about it and ignores emails? Still haven’t received a refund, when there was no one to check me in or even let me inside.
This is a great hotel The woman at the front desk was very nice when we checked in and the room was big with a big bathroom, a kitchen and a super comfortable bed. If we visit the area again, we will definitely be staying here. Rooms were clean, place was quiet and there are some pretty nice food options in the area.
