Perfectly fine stay for my solo, 2 night trip. Easy 10 min Ubers to parks. Quiet and very friendly staff. Clean and good value. The bedding just wasn’t comfortable and a little outdated. I didn’t need the room serviced for my stay but they do tell you it’s not daily and if you need it you need to request it.
I'm currently a guest here, and I paid $20 a night per vehicle (for 2 vehicles) which I thought unusual but okay. There is a separate choice online for a non-smoking room given Florida's Clean Indoor Air Act I found that part confusing as well, as it was more for the non-smoking room that the rooms listed immediately adjacent on the site but weren't specifically designated "smoking."
