Despite some of the negative reviews, this hotel turned out to be a decent option for the price, though it is not among the best in Orlando. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but there is certainly room for improvement in several areas. There is a mandatory “destination fee,” which covers Wi-Fi, the laundry room, gym, and other amenities.
