I did not stay at your hotel due to a booking error at Expedia. However, the front desk concierge was incredible. She offered to assist me in getting a non refundable reso corrected. She spoke to the Expedia rep and resolved our issue getting us a full refund. Jessica was a true professional and extremely cordial. Cheers Jessica!!
El hotel es funcional y cómodo, la habitación es una suite con aire acondicionado, parrilla de inducción equipada, lavavajillas y refrigerador. El baño es cómodo, funcional y tiene artículos de baño Dove. No hacen servicio de limpieza, esta es una queja recurrente en varios huéspedes. No avisan en ningún momento, tú mismo tienes que sacar la basura de la habitación cada noche y la recogen fuera del cuarto. Estuvimos una semana sin limpieza por parte del hotel.
