This hotel is very clean, convenient to all the parks, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't get to try the pool but it looks amazing. It's also very quiet. The Ac and heating system in the room is self controlled and works very well. The beds are comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. This is a great IHG hotel up to their high standards of cleanliness and guest care.

As a long-time IHG Platinum member, I’ve never had such a disappointing experience in all my years with the brand. There were endless back-and-forth exchanges between the front desk, reservations, hotel management, and IHG Corporate regarding a simple refund issue. I’d strongly caution anyone about deposit refunds here. I canceled my reservation more than a month in advance — the policy said “may result in deposit forfeiture,” but later I was told it meant the entire stay charge. So the reason this hotel gets a 3 on service is because of late night front desk staff (who was supposedly a "manager"). We arrived very late (4 am) to the hotel due to last minute travel decisions and traveling with a baby (we had to make way more stops than we anticipated), when we arrived my husband checked us in and the lady at front desk told us we were being charged for another night, which is due to being charged a "no show" fee due to arriving at 4am.
