I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed, but what really made this trip stand out was the exceptional customer service. have to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Cheyanne. She went above and beyond to assist me and made sure every part of my stay was perfect. It is rare to find management so genuinely invested in guest satisfaction. Highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely be back! Everyone else was friendly from front desk to housekeeper.

Erik was absolutely amazing during my stay! Even at just 19 years old, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out and made my experience so much better. It’s rare to find someone so informative and genuinely caring. So we kept having issues. Had to move to 2 other rooms due to key card issues. Several times this hapoend on first and second rooms. Still having issues 1st room had ants and third room roaches. This place has been a nightmare. Do not stay here. I bed even had pubic hairs in the the sheets. So do they not change bedding every time. Maintenance man went home and did not answer his phone every time he called, this was reason for the move to 3rd room.
