Staff is awesome here!
Absolutely horrible lying incompetent management! The manager belittled and spoke to us as children and hung up on us. Thankfully, we didn't have all of our guests staying here!! The other hotels were top notch and went above and beyond for our guests I stay over 120 nights a year at IHG. This was the absolute worst hotel in the chain. We reserved rooms for wedding guests staying, we were quoted one cost then it was changed at checkout. They said it was a bigger weekend and we changed the rates.
I've been wanting to share this review for some time now, but the reason for my delay is that I wanted to resolve the issue first. I was charged twice for my stay. I made my payment through Priceline and was supposed to be charged only for the deposit, but they charged me for the room and the deposit. This issue occurred on June 28, 2025, and as of today, July 9, 2025, I have yet to receive a refund.
