Everyone here is super friendly. Everytime i walk in the door I am immediately greeted with a "hello" and a smile.
(Updated to respond to the hotels response) I didn't really agree. I just didn't want to argue. They did refund my night and gave a whooping 5000 points. Hahaha the pictures show how filthy they are. I'm even considering calling the health department. Look at other people's comments as well. IHG should take away the franchise rights from the owner of the hotel. The owner should consider leaving the hotel industry completley. People who run a business that disgusting, should be fined out of existence by the health department.... read more

This is a newer location in close proximity to the highway, shopping & restaurants. Staff has been friendly, rooms clean, quiet & stocked w/everything needed making this an enjoyable stay.
Very clean, convenient location. The two front desk ladies at checkout were amazing! Their customer service went above and beyond. This was my second time staying here and I'll definitely be back.
