I reserved a room on a Friday for the upcoming Monday. My reservation was accepted and approved. Monday I drove over 4 hours to this hotel. Only to be told that my reservation had been canceled at 5:30pm on Monday. No call from the front clerk or hotel. Book at your on risk
I am about to book a room for 7 days and I called prior to doing so and Lawrence answered the phone and was so helpful and polite, very very polite and helpful to a greater extent than normal customer service so I appreciate that thank you.
I didn't care for the location. Although they had great coffee and a beautiful gazebo in back!!!
I'm just here for work and Within two nights of staying here, my truck was broken into in the parking lot. And it's not easy getting out of the parking lot to go anywhere. Traffic stays backed up.
