No cart available but wouldn’t allow 11:30a checkout instead of 11a sharp. Room card turned off at 11a sharp so i was prevented from using exercise room before leaving. Very unfriendly morning customer service staff and maid service carts in middle of hallway blocking path to elevator :( :(

**Updated - I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. I booked a stay while visiting family at the hospital, and due to the circumstances, I needed to cancel part of my reservation. At no point was I told there would be a non‑refundable policy or any cancellation fee. When I requested a refund for the unused night, the hotel refused and kept my money.
