Our one night trip turned into a 4 night trip and I am so glad it ended up being here! Fully stocked kitchen and stove top to cook your own meals (which definitely makes the price worth it) , full sized fridge and a microwave. Free laundry, free coffee, unfortunately no breakfast but they do have breakfast items available for purchase. AN ARREST OF AN EMPLOYEE FOLLOWED BY POOR BEHAVIOR FROM STAFF. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO RELAX AND FEEL SAFE AND RESPECTED DURING YOUR STAY. What was meant to be a pleasant, 5-night stay for multiple families ended short due to Haylie Galvan (front office manager) deciding that our group’s concerns about the ARREST of an employee warranted a cancellation of our booking. I had a wonderful experience at [Candlewood Suites Lenexa - Overland Park Area by IHG], thanks to the excellent service from the front desk staff — especially Ms. Adina. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient during check-in, and went out of their way to answer all my questions with patience and a smile. She also helped me sort out a last-minute request with no hassle, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making guests feel comfortable and welcome.
