Do not stay here!! They have a roach infestation. They don’t clean the rooms daily AND we had to kill roaches in the room daily. It was awful. The manager and staff were aware of the roaches because when I complained, they weren’t surprised and offered to spray the rooms! Yuck!! They need to close off each floor and fumigate it to kill the root cause. These weren’t tree roaches; it was the smaller ones. Horrible and Traumatic experience... Checked into my room, adjusted temperature because the room was freezing. Went to dinner, came back and was met with roaches on the wall, on the night stand and in the bathroom. Totally traumatized me. I frantically started grabbing my things with hopes that they had not infiltrated my luggage. I immediately went to the front desk with items in tow. Requesting a refund.
