Clean rooms. Great hospitality. Close to shopping.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this property. Upon arrival, our room was found to be roach-infested, and the bed sheets were visibly stained. Because the issue occurred over the weekend, I was informed that a manager was unavailable at that time but that I would receive a follow-up call on Monday. Do not stay here!! They have a roach infestation. They don’t clean the rooms daily AND we had to kill roaches in the room daily. It was awful. The manager and staff were aware of the roaches because when I complained, they weren’t surprised and offered to spray the rooms! Yuck!! They need to close off each floor and fumigate it to kill the root cause. These weren’t tree roaches; it was the smaller ones.
