I rarely write reviews for hotels, but this experience compelled me to share. I arrived around 2:40 PM to check in, only to find no receptionist at the front desk. I waited and came back 15 minutes later, but still—no one in sight. Once I finally checked in, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor—likely from old carpet or lingering cooking smells. This hotel was one of my worst experiences at an IHG. My room has mold around the shower and toilet and smells like drugs have been smoked in it. People hangout in the hallways and drink and talk very loudly. I was in town for a buisness trip and other co workers had said the hotel has gotten very bad and they will not return. I am a platinum ihg member and I have started staying in Marriott hotels just for this reason. The quality of IHG properties continue to decline.

I wouldn't let my dog stay there very rude The Continental breakfast with no good need to replace the whole staff just my opinion..
