I stayed at Candlewood Suites Houston North for more than 21 days, and unfortunately, the experience was far below IHG’s standards. Housekeeping was only offered once a week. What kind of guest experience is that? For a property charging $85 per night, it is unreasonable to expect guests to wait a full week for cleaning. The night shift worker, I believe her name was Ruby, was extremely helpful. Imt card was experiencing technical difficulties and even though it took about 45 minutes to correct / resolve the issue with my credit card company; she was the sweetest and showed not even one but of frustration, I will definitely be back to candlewood
