Not a huge deal, but when we opened the door and turned on the kitchen light, it was displaying a light show. Blinking and flickering. I turned it off only to find that the room was simply to dark without it because the only other lighting was lamps. No other ceiling lights. So not even 18 minutes into our getting there, I reported it and they said they'd have maintenance come fix it. It never got fixed. Awful. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated like dirt. The lady with the glasses at the front desk cancelled our reservation on us because we wanted an explanation and written proof of why we’re being charged. She then proceeded to call LOCAL customers BURDENS, called us poor, and call the authorities on us.
