Stayed in Room 311 on 5/24–25/2026. The staff here were excellent — very friendly and extremely helpful. The room looked clean at first glance, but it really needs a deep cleaning. There was what looked like ketchup on the side of the desk, a brown stain on the bathroom door, and the top of the refrigerator was covered in dust. We were accidentally checked into an occupied room, but the front desk host handled it beautifully—she was deeply apologetic, fixed the issue right away, and kindly gave us a complimentary food item. That said, the property desperately needs a renovation. Though the room was mostly clean, it felt dull and tired, and the bathroom was noticeably dingy and stained. Service gets 5 stars, but the physical property needs work.
