I didn't stay at this hotel, so I can't rate the quality but can comment on the service level. I was leaving the Courtyard down the street and (stupidly) left the hatch on my rental car open. As I was driving down the street I heard a thump and when I stopped, I realized my suitcase had fallen out. I turned around, but it was gone. We stopped by the Candlewood, the nearest hotel and asked if anyone had brought it in, no luck. One of the rooms was treated and a dead cockroach was found on the floor.
The rooms were nice. But, we had small ants on the 3rd floor and we did not have any food present. When I brought it to the service desk's attention, I was told that since they are considered a long term stay hotel, it's hard to control the cleanliness of other guests. They don't clean rooms daily. They gave us ant traps and spray. Unreal!
