I booked here on a Monday afternoon, for the following saturday. A little background, me and my fiancee wanted to get a night away, we have 3 kids total and 4 animals between us and the house sometimes can be chaos. With that said, we thought a date night with nice room at the end of it sounded like music to our ears. NOISE!!! Don't expect a good night sleep. The checkin was good. The room was clean. However, I would NEVER stay here again, unless I was guaranteed my room style choice on the highest floor. The noise from the room above us was awful. It went on until 1:00am and resumed at 6:00am. It was constant stomping. We called the front desk and they said they would reach out to them. If they actually did, it didn't help. Worst nights sleep ever. The roon had a coffee maker and a pouch of coffee but no sugar or cream.
We came down to surprise my Sister who was and still is in hospital and my dad. We picked this hotel because it was right down the road where she lived. Upon entering the hotel, we was greeted with a very warm welcome from Trey. He was just a delight!! We came in on Christmas eve and stayed until December 28, 2025.. hospitality was awesome!. This was my 1st time here and my Ma 3rd time staying. Trey is truly the right person to have at the front desk!!
