Abigail and Ryan were AMAZING! Their over the top customer service was superb and they went above and beyond! I made a mistake in my reservation and this hotel accommodated me and my husband without hesitation! The room was even better than the one we originally booked at the other hotel! Every staff member we interacted with had a smile and greeted us. We will be staying IHG from now on
This is our 4th time staying here. It's close to our dr and always clean and quiet. The staff are EXCELLENT, friendly and always ready to help.
Literally waited almost 45 minutes to check in. Not one employee in site. There was a sign saying we're sorry hotel staff will be back shortly. I finally called the reservation line to see if they could locate someone to check me in. While on hold my husband found the front desk clerk outside sleep. While on hold the reservation line called and the clerk lied and said she was in the bathroom. 🙄 There were 4 other families waiting to be checked in.
Great place but the pool is always trashed
