I've stated this location numerous times, but there's this one guest who stayed regularly. He drinks very loudly and is obnoxious. My stay this time was horrible. The room was not clean. It was filthy. Each time I requested towels, they were out. There were no clean towels. Beddings and floors had stains. I was moved 2 different rooms without accommodations. Coffee machine was broken, computer doesn't scan or print for business purposes, elevator broken. Very disappointing this trip.
The housekeeping staff cannot speak English. We requested towels and other items for the room, but they did not understand the request. The room had an odor and was very unclean. It's like they rushed to put the next person in without sanitizing. Very suspicious folks staying there (male loud and drunk every day) I was switched to two different rooms due to uncleanliness.
