Stayed here one night. My husband and I are not smokers and they charged us a smoking fee of over $500. When I called about it the manager was very rude and said he had proof of us smoking in the room then hung up on me. When I called back he picked up then hung back up. Very unprofessional, very rude. I will be putting this review on every site I can and will never stay at another Candlewood. I will also be disputing the charges including the room and pet charge.

This is WAS my go to hotel when I worked in the area, until I upgraded to a bedroom suite. The bedroom Suites don't have good ventilation, there's only one a/c unit for a living room /bedroom suite. They rigged up some tiny sort of fan, that's supposed to bring air over. It does not work. The entire staff knows it does not work. DO NOT BOOK A SUITE. I can't believe they would even consider that rigged up fan to be a substitute for a actual a/c unit.

First time stayed at this hotel for work, so far the experience was great! Staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was certified clean and ready even though I checked-in at noon. Staff was very helpful and understanding with the help of changing rooms. Overall, I have a great experience and I look forward to returning soon and experiencing more of that “summer fun”.
