The room was fine but the customer service is poor. If you’re traveling for buisness and need a receipt to provide to your company definitely don’t go here. They won’t be able to provide it. If you ask for a manager or a higher up who can assist your told there’s no point because they will say the same thing. Insane.
Candlewood suites in Buda is phenomenal. I have never had a bad experience with the Candlewood brand, and this place is no different. My only critique is the par maintenance of guest laundry facilities. It is rare to stay at a hotel without out of order laundry machines. Buda had 2 out of 4 washing machines out of order. They are still meeting expectations here in Buda.

Recently was planning a trip to this hotel, an additional person ended up coming with so we would no longer fit in the room. Called the hotel and spoke to Cindy, she was SO INCREDIBLY KIND!! This girl was friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide assistance. Sometimes when you go somewhere it's not just about the place, but the service, and Ms. Cindy is a perfect example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
