By the time I got to this hotel, it had been a bad day to say the least. I wasn’t feeling good and from a restaurant I had to have my car towed to the hotel. A lady behind the desk named Vee Checked me in,. I hope y’all are blessed enough to meet this woman. She is an angel! She went up and beyond to help me, Listen to me and understand I was having a pretty hard day and she actually cared. If you are reading this review, just like me, you might have noticed that a lot of hotels in the Austin area have 4+ star reviews, but when you look at the most recent reviews, it's mostly 1-star. From my recent stay, this hotel deserves its 4+ review. We reserved the one-bedroom king, and it was very nice. No complaints at all!
The room was fine but the customer service is poor. If you’re traveling for buisness and need a receipt to provide to your company definitely don’t go here. They won’t be able to provide it. If you ask for a manager or a higher up who can assist your told there’s no point because they will say the same thing. Insane.
