Have never experience bed bugs in my life until now… which is unfortunate because we LOVED this hotel and we adored our stay. My husband and I got bites/welts in lines on our bodies, googled it and sure enough, bed bugs bite in lines. This hotel seemed so nice, we stayed for a few days, we even agreed it was the best trip we’ve ever been on. Drove all the way from PA. Just unfortunate that we didn’t realize there were bed bugs. We got a room at the very last minute this weekend after a horrible experience at a different hotel. The staff both on the phone and in person were so kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for. We will definitely be coming back to stay on future road trips!
This was my first time staying at a Candlewood hotel, and I was very pleased with the cleanliness, amenities, friendly staff, and price point! Absolutely will be staying at another one again.
No pet fee listed on hotels.com, so the 75.00 pet fee was not planned for a pet friendly hotel. Which according to the attendee that checked us in was " this is an extended stay hotel which does not provide breakfast only coffee or tea." Also not mentioned on hotels.com. As for the handicapped room, bars are provided in the shower, but no room for a shower chair or a walk in shower. 🤔
