What can I say about this place. Since being homeless I have been treated with the utmost respect from the general manager, and all desk clerks. From the time I walk in to the time I check out. With the warm comfy rooms to the ammenties that are offered its a great place to lay my head down and get some quality and much needed rest due to my 38 different diagnosed disabilities. I am so glad we chose this hotel for our visit to Brighton! All the staff members were so friendly helpful, they even let me borrow a vacuum to use for my vacuum storage bags. The pool was the perfect temperature, the little shop had everything you might have forgotten(plus free coffee and fruit), the lending closet was really cool! It had puzzles, books, kitchen appliances, etc that you could borrow for your stay. The kitchenette was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook/eat in the room. Everything about my stay was great. I was greeted immediately and the staff was beyond kind. They explained absolutely everything and throughout my stay answered any questions I had with a smile. The room was clean and having a full kitchen came in handy. I also used the gym and pool in the morning which was also very clean. The pool didn't come with the heavy chlorine smell that so many do.
