Worst hotel I've ever stayed at!!!! The furniture and amenities were all cheap trash quality like they had picked them up from the local convenience store, it wouldn't let me connect to the wifi because it said I "wasn't in the system" despite being there for two nights, the plates and stuff that came with the room were dirty and smudged, and worst of all, the room smelled PUNGENTLY of cat piss. I have never been in a room that smelled more of cat piss. It was horrible.
They were great
So I waited to write this review simply because I was trying to let a negative situation become positive. However I think I waited almost 6 months with no resolution. So I was a traveler( Jan-April) and picked here to stay. Now Catherine was more than accommodating! She had a very welcoming spirit as well as some of the front desk workers. The staff was kind to me and made sure my stay was smooth. Now my complaint is against my check out process and the manager.
