Christopher was the best! We decided on a staycation and this hotel couldn’t have been anymore perfect! From the warm greeting to the smooth check in that had us in our room in under 5 minutes to the assortment of snacks and don’t get me started on the immaculate layout of our room! Even the shower pressure was amazing and the complimentary dove soaps were a very nice touch we look forward to coming back very soon! Thank God for the option for a later checkout we sure did need it
Summer and allen are the best
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great check-in experience at Candlewood Suites Atlanta–Smyrna. Allen at the front desk was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. He made the check-in process quick and smooth and provided excellent customer service. The hotel is nice overall, although I do think the showers could use some remodeling and updating. Other than that, I’m enjoying my stay. Thank you, Allen, for the excellent service!
The rooms were very clean. I could not cast my phone to the TV, the dishwasher was pulling out of the slot, the ice maker wasn't working and for whatever reason the garbage disposal was unplugged. 🥴
