Had a really nice stay here for a show at the Roxy. Super friendly staff, nice clean room, and a wonderful unexpected upgrade when they ran out of single-bed rooms. Getting back to the hotel from the street was a little wonky, but other than that a solid stay!
Excellent rooms, wonderful staff. 5/5 Allen at the front desk is very caring and helpful. Professionalism is an understatement when it comes to Allen!

I made this reservation for my son over the phone. Told the agent multiple times that my son would be checking in alone. This property is 3 hours from our home. She assured me he would be allowed to check-in. What she didn't tell us is that he needed to be 21 to check in. My son turns 21 in a couple of months. This caused a huge problem in trying to find my son a hotel room.
