As far as Candlewood Suites goes, not my favorite. There were a few annoyances. Upon walking into the building, there were broken bottles of Blue Moon on one of the luggage dollys accompanied by the malodorous scent of stale beer. There is NO complimentary breakfast. Room 309 has a door lock that wouldnt work. However, room 306 had a fully functional lock. The provided WI-FI access code was incorrect. Only one of the two elevators were operational. Great staff, service and rooms are extremely clean. I’ll go back again and again. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in.
We needed somewhere to stay near Atlanta, and we were not so impressed with the reviews of other hotels closer to Atlanta. I’m so glad we chose to stay here. This hotel is quiet and clean, and we did not have to pay for parking. Allen was so welcoming! We would definitely stay here again.
I wanted to update this after staying again. I absolutely love this location!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. My father was having minor heart surgery so we stayed here for 5 days in 2 rooms ajoining. At first it was only 3 days but after his first surgery they needed to do another the next day. The staff was awesome, they where able to get us on the ground floor so my dad didn't have to walk very far after his surgerys and was able to extend us in the same rooms even though there was a huge event coming to Atla... read more
