We had a great time at this hotel. The pool water was fantastic!
My parents started here. My dad is deaf and they made windowsill accommodations for them. We really appreciate it.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was dirty, the common areas were unclean, and the overall condition of the property was far below acceptable standards. In addition, our card was charged twice, creating an unnecessary inconvenience that should never have occurred.
