Nice and comfortable stay. Nice service by the night guest service staff at the desk. Gym and laundry in the basement. Housekeeping inspector needs to do a better job if they have one.

I’m giving this location 5-stars because of the late night desk manager Daya. I was in a tough spot and Daya saw my predicament and treated me with kindness and compassion. Daya must have done something super kind for me to take the time to send this review. Things may not be the Taj Mahal but the kindness of one person can make a huge difference. Thank you Daya!

I stayed at this location for 3 day's recently. According to the sign that's hanging up by the check in window, if you stay for 3 day's, you'll get "light house keeping". I did not receive ANY type of house keeping during my stay. I had to ask someone to take out my trash! The room smelled like wet dog and cigarettes! I also had an issue with the person next to me letting her rude kids run in the hallway screaming! Being an IHG rewards member usually means your stay includes free breakfast. It is an extended stay hotel. They do not have breakfast. Romms are tiny. Internet works but not great I had proxy setting issues but was able to get it working. Cleanliness. = 3.5 Quiteness. = 3 Lighting. = 3 (bright wall light in your face) TV. = 4 WiFi. = 2.5 Staff. = 3 Breakfast. = None Bed= 3.5 (like a water bed almost) Shower. = 3 Pool. = N/A Freezer = full size fridge and freezer WSA-NFC 312
