This place was terrible! We arrived here on a Monday and the outdoor pool was broken. We were told everyday that it was supposed to be fixed that day. There are no beaches around here because its in the middle of the state so you would expect the pool to be operating. The pool was never fixed the whole week we were here. You had to keep your shoes on at ALL times in the room because your feet would be BLACK. The bathtub leaked. The light by the bed wouldnt work. The tv remote only had 1 button that would work. I would not say that it was a horrible experience, but I would not go back there again. The room did not have good lighting. Everything looked old. Carpet had stains and worn. The bathroom was the worst. Hardware in shower were coroding. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower in there. If you cant feel clean staying in one place, how can you feel comfortable staying there. Service was ok. They only had one or two people working at the front desk. The clerks did their best to help all customers, but they could put one or ... read more

I would not say that it was a horrible experience, but I would not go back there again. The room did not have good lighting. Everything looked old. Carpet had stains and worn. My room was really new looking & very clean as well. Everything I needed was available, and the folks at check-in were friendly, and, since there is no hotel restaurant, they suggested a few local spots nearby. The area was a quiet one as well, no noisey traffic. Parking lot was well lit, and there is a "General Store" & small gym on-site. VCR, DVD & DSL in the room also, I didnt get a suite, but my room had a refrigerator, cook top & microwave also.
