One night after work, I put in an order for the thermostat to be fixed. I moved everything out of the way to help save time. The next morning at 7:15, the technician was pulling up as I went to my car to go to work. That's super fast! The thermostat reached the end of its usefulness, so a new one was purchased. It will undoubtedly last a very long time! I am most happy with the product, the time it took to get done, and of course, the quality of the work! Thank you so very much! :)

Knocked a closet off the runner by accident. Worker came to fix it, Graciously moved boxes and stuff away from in front of it, I had been cleaning it. Had it done in no time flat! Was really appreciated. Reported it on Thursday, was done on Friday. Well done!

My showing agent was very helpful. She met with me earlier than our scheduled time which saved me a lot of waiting. She knew what I was looking for and offered to show me a place we didn't have scheduled. We didn't rush through the apartments, she let me look around as long as I wanted. All of my questions were answered.

I have lived in this apartment since 11/14. When I moved in it had been repainted, and cleaned throughly. Maintenance service has been GREAT. As a Senior person it's been really nice knowing that anything needing maintenance gets done quickly .The office personnel have been easy to deal with and they too respond quickly to any situations. I am well pleased with living here.

Great company to deal with! I really like the fact that they are one of the few landlords that actually has an office that you can stop in if there is anything you need. Maintenance has been top notch and the office staff is always helpful...
