I'm a delivery driver and I can't explain to you how much I dread delivering in this neighborhood besides the fact that the trailer numbers have no rhyme or reason the weeds are about 8 ft tall in all directions most trailers are a complete dump and it's super heartbreaking the amount of sick stray cats there are in the area. Do better get involved with the humane society and set up a trap and release and get on top of the problem.
I lived here for a good amount of my life, the new managers here aren’t very helpful with the community. Water was just turned on when the grass died, the park isn’t well kept — it does need new playground equipment. There’s regulations on some trailers that are well kept and then the “trashy” ones they let slide over. Maybe let’s get some new roads and some help with those yards which need helped. You always look at the firsts homes.
