Twice I have been scammed by this store on uber eats. They supply less quantity than what is ordered and still charge the total price for the original quantity. Eg, ordered item in quantity of 8, they supplied 5, still charged me for 8. Previously supplied cheaper alternatives and don't adjust the price. Thankfully ubereats were able to see the issue and provide a refund.
Brought a punnet of rockmelons pieces today, got home to use and found white slimy stuff on them. Found the use by date underneath...expired yesterday. Illegal to sell produce out of date. Quality is obviously their utmost importance. Oh forgot to add the price of the rotten rockmelon $14.99 lol
I went yesterday and unfortunately I am on a crutch and was struggling. The guy at the counter unpacked my bag, repacked it then offered a staff member to carry it out to the car! Great service thank you very much. I will be shopping here more often. We'll done it was much appreciated.
