Bought my home from Greg in 2008 brand new and have had no issues and love my home very well built ! Terrible experience with this unreliable and dishonest builder. Owner Gregg Lawler came from Royce Homes and has unscrupulous business practices and stole over $150,000 in commissions from me for homes I sold while marketing for him. At first he seemed like a genuinely nice guy but then as you get to know him and see how he overcharges buyers for options and can never keep his word it becomes obvious you should not purchase a home from him or bring clients to him if you’re a Realtor.
